Returns:
We will gladly accept all exchanges or returns for the purchase price that are accompanied with the receipt and that are in new, unworn, resellable condition. If there is not a receipt we will do an exchange for anything else in the store and or website. Since the website and the store are one and the same, you can make returns either in person or through the mail. Additional postage may be charged. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

We typically ship within 1-2 business days using US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you need your package by a certain date, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

History:
Sometime around 1911, my great-grandfather, Louis Handloff, found his way to Newark, Delaware and began a retailing career in our Main Street business that has lasted through four generations. In the early days, his store was known as Louis Handloff Outfitters, but in 1931, with the completion of construction in the current location, he incorporated his business as National 5 & 10 cent to $3 Stores, Inc. Today, as my great-grandfather did 77 years ago, we pride ourselves on having the best selection of products and the best prices. The items on this site are just a small sampling of what we carry in the store. We will continue to add new items, but please feel free to contact us if there is anything you would like to see.
