Need a different size? Not what you were expecting? No problem! We accept all merchandise in like-new condition—with the exception of custom printed orders—for return at any time.

Defective merchandise may also be returned for refund or store credit. Please keep all receipts to expedite the return process.  Items returned without receipt will be issued a store credit.

Returning By Mail:

If you are making a return or exchange by mail, please make a note on the back of your invoice to indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item and enclose it in your package. If you are exchanging, please also indicate the exchange you’d like to make.

We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. National 5 & 10 is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Your return/exchange will be processed as soon as we receive it.  We will ship a replacement item at no extra cost to you or issue a refund via your method of payment. If the cost of your new item differs from that of the item you originally purchased, your original method of payment will be charged or credited the price difference.

You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Refund Process

Returns are processed as soon as they are received. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post 1-2 days after the processing date.  It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.

Returns made without a receipt will be issued a gift card for the current value of the item being returned.
